01 Eligibility and Account Requirements

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, PinaScatter may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the account is closed at the player's request and no breach is involved, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned through the player's original payment method after KYC clearance.
